Abstract
CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)属于CXC趋化因子超家族的非ELR类,参与多种自身免疫性疾病.它不仅可以趋化白细胞向炎症部位聚集,而且可以减少肿瘤组织的血液供应,抑制肿瘤生长;同时CXCL10及其受体CXCR3在肝脏炎症、甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞及浸润的炎性细胞中表达均显著增高.现着重对趋化因子CXCLIO及其受体的结构、生物学功能及与疾病的关系予以综述.
