Abstract
用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)型聚氨酯半预聚体对酚醛常温发泡材料进行改性研究,探讨了半预聚体的组成、用量对材料增韧效果的影响。结果表明,当TDI型聚氨酯半预聚体nNCO/nOH为4∶1、配方中聚氨酯半预聚体用量为5份,所制得材料回弹率达到35%,10%压缩强度达到0.26 MPa,能有效改进酚醛泡沬增韧性能。
