Abstract
目的:比较内、外固定手术治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效.方法:固定治疗的术后进行影像学、腕部活动角度、患者满意度三个方面进行综合评估疗效.结果:外固定患者的并发症发生率及康复效果好于内固定患者.但组间差异并无明显统计学意义.结论:对于关节内桡骨远端骨折患者外固定疗效是否优于内固定,尚需系统科学的临床研究.
