Abstract
棉针织物低温练漂剂TF-179前处理优化工艺为:低温练漂剂TF-179 2.0 g/L,30%双氧水6.0 g/L,NaOH2.0 g/L,温度70℃,时间30 min,浴比1∶10。处理后织物的白度和毛效均高于常规练漂工艺,且手感好,强力损伤小。该工艺节能减排效益明显,综合成本可降低33%。
