通过酯化反应制备喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯,并基于酰胺化反应将己二酸二酰肼、透明质酸和喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯连接,形成喜树碱-20-O-3,3′-二硫代二丙酸酯-己二酸二酰肼-透明质酸复合体,采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对中间体及目标产物进行了表征.
