Abstract
报道了中北通磁公司在全国产化设备的生产线上,应用真空熔炼速凝片铸工艺与氢爆碎、气流磨、低氧工艺相结合的方法生产高性能烧结NdFeB永磁材料,讨论了工艺技术对磁体的微结构和磁性能的影响。采用合理的成分与先进的工艺技术,批量生产高性能的烧结NdFeB磁体,综合指标达到Hcj/79.6kA·m-1+(BH)m/7.96kJ·m-3=63~65。
