Abstract
文章建立了水中痕量甲霜灵残留的液相微萃取-高效液相色谱(LPME-HPLC)检测方法。详细研究了萃取溶剂、体积、萃取时间、搅拌速度、温度、盐度等因素对液相微萃取的影响,确定了最佳萃取条件:甲苯作萃取剂,萃取剂体积2μL,搅拌速度300r/min,30℃条件下萃取30min,盐度8%。此条件下甲霜灵的最低检出浓度为0.86μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)3.8%~5.4%,对甲霜灵标准水溶液测得加标回收率为95.0%~99.2%,实际水样加标回收率93.8%~99.6%,富集倍数60.3倍。
