Abstract
对80X-13.5型旋流泵的7种结构参数重新进行配置,同时引入正交试验法,设计一个7因素4水平的正交方案,对各种结构进行优化配置得到更好的旋流泵结构配置方案.以分块非结构六面体网格划分计算模型,运用雷诺平均N-S方程和标准的k-ε双方程湍流模型结合SIMPLEC算法,对各种不同结构方案进行数值模拟分析,得到3种比原模型更优秀的旋流泵结构方案.
