Abstract
Based on summarizing the research progress in low energy ion beam radiation mutation,the three difficulties in this research field were pointed out.Advantage of maize as the material of low energy ion beam radiation mutation was discussed.And the preliminary research result of ion beam radiation mutation of maize pollen was reported.
