回流提取北五味子不同部位(根、茎、叶、果实、种子)的五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素,并利用HPLC测定这3种木脂素的含量,并进行方法学考察,为使用新的药用部位打基础.在北五味子果实中,木脂素主要存在于种子中;在根、茎、叶、果实的含量中,五味子醇甲的含量由高到低为果实>茎>根>叶;五味子甲素的含量由高到低为根>果实>茎>叶;五味子乙素的含量由高到低为根>果实>茎>叶.
