Abstract
由于编程误差、工艺系统误差和人员误差等因素影响,曲面实际加工表面达不到理论设计要求。分别采用激光扫描法的柔性三坐标测量臂和探针测量法的正交式三坐标测量机,研究了不同三坐标测量技术测量曲面误差的实际效果。2种方法相同点是所获曲面误差分布趋势基本一致,不同点是误差数据表现形式和精度有较大差别。
