Abstract
为了寻找酞菁在TiO2上成膜新方式,我们用阳极氧化法在TiO2薄膜上成功制备了四氨基酞菁钴薄膜,对酞菁薄膜进行了SEM,XRD,UV-vis表征,并在成膜前后对四氨基酞菁钴分别进行了电化学性能表征。
