响应面法优化大麦虫SOD提取条件的研究

Abstract
采用二次中心组合设计及响应面法对磷酸盐溶液提取大麦虫幼虫SOD的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,磷酸盐溶液的pH、离子强度和液固比对大麦虫幼虫SOD的提取率有显著影响,优化条件为pH 7.43,离子强度0.26 mol/L,液固比34.72,此时大麦虫幼虫SOD的比活性可达116.747 U/mg。
