Abstract
目的 探讨额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂的适宜年龄.方法 对51例(57眼)先天性上睑下垂额肌瓣悬吊术的临床资料进行分析.结果 1～3岁20例(21眼),20眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正:4～6岁21例(24眼),22眼矫正良好,2眼基本矫正;7～12岁10例(12眼),11眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正.均无并发症发生.结论 重度先天性上睑下垂,只要全身状况良好,1岁以上即可手术.中度者学龄前手术适宜.轻度者可在12岁以上局麻下手术.
