Abstract
目的测定天元颗粒中天麻素的含量。方法样品采用甲醇回流提取,经中性氧化铝柱用80%乙醇洗脱收集;色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.15%磷酸水溶液(1∶99),检测波长:220nm,流速:1mL/min,柱温:30℃。结果天麻素在0.376～2.632μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.999995(n=7),平均回收率99.09%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论该法准确、重复性好,可用于天元颗粒制剂及天麻药材的含量测定及质量控制。
