Abstract
目的 建立测定复方樟脑搽剂中苯酚含量的高效液相色谱法,方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用ZORBAX Eclips XDB-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相;流速:0.8 mL/min;紫外检测器波长270 nm;柱温为室温.结果 苯酚的线性范围为4.51~112.8 μg/mL,平均回收率为99.93%.结论 该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制.
