Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between coronary arteriongraphy and ECG changes in 7 patients with single acute posterior myocardial infarction. Methods 7 patients with single acute posterior myocardial infarction underwent coronary arteriongraphy(CAG) and examination of ECG respectively. Results ST segment elevated in leadsⅡ、Ⅲ、avF、V1、V2 and V3 with 2mm,and V1V3RV4R,while the outcomes of CAG in all 7 patients showed that right coronary artery were the criminal artery. Conclusion ST segment elevated in leads V1、V2 and V3 with 2mm and V1V3RV4R was sensitive index for the diagnosis of posterior myocardial infarction.
