Abstract
目的了解登山对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨量的影响。方法将44例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组:对照组22例,每天仅补充元素钙600 mg;运动组22例,除每天补充元素钙600 mg外,每周登山5~7次,每次1.5~2 h,均为期1 a。结果1 a后,运动组在L2—4、Neck、Troch、Ward’s部位骨密度(BMD)均较前上升,其平均变化百分率仅在L2—4部位的上升有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组L2—4部位的BMD下降。比较2组间治疗后骨密度变化百分率的差别,在L2—4部位有显著性差别(P<0.05),相差达4.5%。结论登山能有效阻止绝经后骨质疏松患者的骨质丢失,增强肌肉力量,预防跌倒和骨折。
