Abstract
采用水解提取-气相色谱法对大麦虫幼虫脂肪油中的脂肪酸组成进行了分析,共确认了27种脂肪酸成分,其中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)占总量的36.69%,不饱和脂肪酸(USFA)占60.29%。不饱和脂肪酸中单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)占39.74%,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)占20.51%,必需脂肪酸(EFA)包括亚油酸和亚麻酸占总脂肪酸的20.38%。大麦虫幼虫油脂无论在质上还是量上都有很高的研究和开发价值。
