受全国水环境影响,当前保定市水资源形势不容乐观.水资源严重短缺,地下水超采严重,地表水环境恶化,严重制约着经济社会的可持续发展.保定市水行政主管部门多措并举,实行最严格的水资源管理制度,积极推进水资源的可持续利用.简要介绍了保定市水资源基本概况,指出目前保定市存在水资源严重短缺、地下水形势严峻和地表水环境恶化等问题,并提出相应的举措.
