Abstract
磨齿机立柱动静刚度直接影响机床的加工质量。针对现有立柱动静刚度薄弱的问题,分析立柱壁厚、筋板厚度和高度、后窗口尺寸及双层筋板对立柱结构特征频率的灵敏度,找出对该类型立柱结构动态特性影响较大的设计参数。通过优化敏感设计参数,重新构建立柱模型。仿真结果表明:与原立柱相比,优化后立柱结构的动静刚度特性得到显著改善。
