Abstract
以AA、AM、混合不饱和磺酸(HSA)、次磷酸钠为原料,探讨了引发剂、单体配比对合成共聚物阻垢剂HS-1的阻垢和缓蚀性能的影响;从多种有机络合剂中筛选了阻垢性能好的PS-3、PS-4,并与合成产物HS-1进行正交试验,得到阻垢剂SPD的优化配方体系:PS-3 : PS-4 : HS-1=1 : 2 : 1.在温度80℃,阻垢剂浓度为150mg/L时,该配方体系可使模拟水的的阻垢率达到85%,优于常用阻垢剂HEDP.评价了碱对阻垢效果的影响,在SPD中加入有机碱EAM比加入无机碱NaOH的溶垢效果好,合有机碱的SPD可以使硫酸钡溶解率达到6%.
