摘要
The dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of Na- and Mg-montmorillonite quinoline complexes were obtained from admittance measurements as functions of frequency in the range 8–65535 Hz. Orientation, interfacial and distortional polarizations were observed in the dielectric behaviour of the complexes and their relaxation times were calculated. These times were similar to those of the pure clay except at frequencies below 65 Hz, where the complexes had relaxation times higher than those of the clay. This was attributed to the size of the rotating unit being larger for the complex than for the clay.
