Abstract

Nonlinear optical properties of a metal cluster [PPh 4 ][Cp*MoS 3 (CuBr) 3 ] have been studied, with the third-order susceptibility X (3) for this cluster determined by degenerate four-wave mixing (DFWM) experiment, the optical limiting (OL) effect observed by transmission technique, and the nonlinear absorption measured by using Z -scan technique.
