Abstract
基于硬质合金涂层刀具数控铣削树脂砂铸型材料的实验,对硬质合金涂层刀具的磨损机理进行了分析。刀具磨损的主要形式为磨粒磨损,该过程类似于金属材料外圆磨削的反作用,即工件为砂型材料、刀具为硬质合金材料。文章通过分析单颗磨粒对刀具的磨损作用,建立了硬质合金涂层刀具磨损模型。研究结果表明:硬质合金涂层刀具在磨粒作用下经历了滑擦耕犁微磨削三种状态变化。
