Abstract
针对含有孔的焊接结构的疲劳寿命问题,以不同孔位和焊缝余高为条件,分析焊缝和孔的应力状态及在此条件下焊接结构的疲劳寿命,并建立了孔位Ti与焊缝余高H的关系,以确定其对含孔的焊接结构疲劳寿命的影响因素.结果表明:焊缝余高H≥0.01 mm时,孔对焊接结构的疲劳寿命影响很小,可以忽略.当孔位Ti=30 mm、焊缝余高H=0.05 mm时焊接结构的疲劳寿命最大.
