Integrative Medicine Stroke Unit of treatment of Acute Stroke 180 Cases

Objective: To explore the use of Integrative Medicine Stroke Unit model the efficacy of treatment of acute stroke.Methods: 180 cases of the control group with conventional therapy,the treatment group of 180 cases with stroke unit model of Integrative treatment of stroke were observed neurological deficits scale(NDS),activities of daily living(BI),Fugle-Meye motor function(FMA),for the early,middle and end of the assessment,before and after treatment scores.Results: The treatment group of three score values before and after comparisons and compared with the control group after treatment were very highly significant difference(P 0.001),total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion: Integrative Medicine Stroke Unit of treatment of acute strok are positive,correct and effective,and worthy of application and popularization,and Chinese medicine and rehabilitation interventions should as early as possible.
