Observation on immune effects of the combined hepatitis a and b vaccine at different concentrations

[Objective]To find a immunization program of combined hepatitis A and B vaccine at different concentrations.[Methods]Used combined hepatitis A and B vaccine at the three concentrations to immunize 3 group(vaccine group,the positive and the negative group).28 days after immunization,anti-HAV,anti-HBsAb in blood were detected.[Results]The positive rates of serum antibody were as follows:group 1,anti-HAV 90%,anti-HBsAb 60%;group 2,anti-HAV 100%、anti-HBsAb 60%;group 5,anti-HAV 70%、anti-HBsAb 50%.[Conclusion]Different concentrations of the combined hepatitis A and B vaccine have the good safety and immunogenicity,and it is worthy of further studying.
