Abstract
依据光散射原理,建立了利用散透比测量牛乳脂肪质量含量的理论模型,提出了牛乳脂肪质量含量的快速高准确度测量方法。实验结果表明,本方法能准确、快速的测量牛乳脂肪质量含量。
