Abstract
利用气相色谱和液相色谱方法对马脂肪中不饱和脂肪酸和维生素等生物活性物质进行分析。结果表明,马脂肪中不饱和脂肪酸的相对百分含量超过60%,多不饱和脂肪酸的相对百分含量超过20%;并且含有脂溶性维生素,VA含量为7.2mg/kg,VE含量为88.6mg/kg。马脂肪是一种优良的天然抗氧化剂。
