萝藦的组织培养与植株再生研究

Abstract
以具有有利变异性状萝藦茎上的生长点为外植体,以不同浓度的BA、IAA、NAA、2,4-D、GA的MS、1/2MS和1/3MS为基本培养基,进行了芽伸长生长培养、芽分化培养和试管苗生根培养研究。结果表明:1/2MS+IAA0.2mg/L是促进萝藦培养芽伸长生长的理想培养基;MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+GA0.5mg/L是萝藦芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.5mg/L是萝藦试管苗生根培养的理想培养基。
