Abstract
目的 探讨麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验对279名观察对象采集麻疹疫苗强化免疫前、免疫后的双份血清进行麻疹IgG抗体检测.结果 麻疹抗体阳性率由麻疹疫苗强化免疫前的78.49%上升到强化免疫后的100%,麻疹IgG抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)由1:497.84上升到1:1 289.57.结论 麻疹疫苗强化免疫可以迅速提高人群麻疹抗体水平.
