艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌30例

Abstract
[目的]观察艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效.[方法]将60例晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30倒,对照组接受单纯化疗,治疗组在化疗基础上用艾迪注射液治疗,21d为1个周期,2个周期后比较两组的临床疗效.[结果]艾迪注射液具有增加化疗疗效,提高化疗患者生存质量及增加患者体重等作用,与对照组有显著性差异(P＜0.05).[结论]艾迪注射液联合化疗在晚期卵巢癌治疗中有较好疗效,值得临床进一步推广使用.
