研究比较了由不同工艺制备硫酸钾并于膨润土层间插层、结晶、缓释.结果表明,碳酸钾制硫酸钾最佳工艺为:温度80℃,搅拌速度为1.5 m/s,搅拌时间30 min,矿浆浓度为20 g/100 mL;硫酸铵制硫酸钾最佳工艺条件为:配料比1.1:1(摩尔比)、搅拌速度2.0 m/s,搅拌时间80 min,矿浆浓度25 g,乙醇浓度40%.
