Abstract
国内、外研究证明经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后的患者是适合心脏康复的对象[1,2];PCI后患者经心脏康复医疗(教育、运动、)较对照组可显著增加运动贮量[3～5,11,12],降低血脂水平[5,11,12],显著改善心功能,减少心肌耗氧量[7,8],显著减少再狭窄[9,11] ,减少并发症[11,12].
