Abstract
对1株毛栓菌所产纤维素酶的酶学性质进行研究,主要考察了酶的最适温度、最适pH、热稳定性、pH稳定性、激活剂及抑制剂的类型.结果表明:该毛栓菌所产CMC-Na酶的最适温度为50℃,最适pH值为4.8,酶的热稳定性范围为30 ~ 50℃,60℃之后酶的活性急剧下降;pH值稳定性范围为5.0 ~7.0,pH值8以后酶活性急剧下降.金属离子Mn2+对CMC-Na酶有较大的激活作用,Cu2+和Mg2+对酶起抑制作用,Ca2+和Fe3+对该酶的活力几乎没有影响.
