Abstract
目的:采用HPLC法测定小苦苣菜水提取物中木犀草苷的含量.方法:HPLC法,Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸水溶液(20:80);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:350 nm.结果:木犀草苷含量在0.119 2～0.953 6 μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.94%,RSD=1.13%(n=6).结论:该方法简便,可靠,可用于小苦苣菜药材的质量控制.
