Abstract
主动脉瓣狭窄(Aortic Stenosis,AS)是当今老年人最常见的心脏瓣膜疾病.长期以来,外科主动脉瓣置换(Surgical aortic valve replacement,SAVR)手术是目前治疗重度和(或)有症状AS的主要手段.但高危SAVR患者的住院死亡率为3％ ～8％[1-3]. 经导管主动脉瓣置入术(Transcathter Aortic Valve Implantation,TAVI)是老年和(或)病情严重无法耐受SAVR患者的新选择[4-5].但TAVI仍具有较高的手术风险,并不适用于有外周动脉狭窄、主动脉严重钙化及其他病变和需行主动脉低位冠状动脉旁路移植术(Coronary Artery Bypass Graft,CABG)者[6-7].
