低Re下板式换热器性能的实验研究及热力学分析

Abstract
实验测定了两种不同板式换热器在低Re条件下(200＜Re＜1 300)的传热性能及阻力特性.根据实验数据分别从板片波纹的倾斜角、间距、高度等三方面对板式换热器的传热、阻力影响进行理论分析,在低Re下,从对传热效果影响程度来看,波纹的间距要大于波纹的倾斜角、波纹高度;而对压降的影响,波纹的间距要小于波纹的倾斜角、波纹高度.根据实验数据回归了相应板片传热系数、阻力系数的经验关联式,计算值与实验值有较好的一致性.并对板式换热器进行了热力学分析.为板式换热器在小流量、低流阻情况下的工业应用提供板型设计、流程设计的理论依据.
