采用TTC法测定亮菌的生物量,通过对亮菌菌丝体和菌质体的测定,研究发现TTC脱氢酶的活性与菌体生物量间成线性关系,可以通过计算脱氢酶的活性来测定亮菌的生物量.平菇和香菇2种真菌的验证性实验结果也证明了这一点.结论:TTC法适用亮菌的生物量测定.
