在DL/T 523-2007《化学清洗缓蚀剂应用性能评价指标及试验方法》[1]主要是评价缓蚀剂的化学和物理性能.以往在现场进行的锅炉化学清洗小型试验所评价的腐蚀速率指标,其实就是评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能.但是在现场化学清洗小型试验的操作过程中,主要以化学清洗方案中的工艺参数为条件,是有失偏颇的.文中主要以盐酸、EDTA、柠檬酸三种清洗工艺为例,讨论化学清洗小型试验的标准化.
