360例咽异感症患者临床分析

Abstract
目的:探讨360例咽异感症患者的常见病因及治疗方法.方法:对360例患者除行耳鼻咽喉常规检查及鼻咽纤维喉镜检查外,根据患者具体情况分别行相应物理检查以及相关治疗.结果:360例咽异感症患者中,共诊断出慢性咽喉炎,胃食管反流病,鼻窦炎等多种疾病;所有患者均根据病因进行治疗,随访3月以上,有效率达82.5%.结论:咽异感症的病因较多,只有查清病因,对症治疗,才能取得满意的效果.
