Abstract
目的 探讨中药复肝液体外抗乙肝病毒作用及对Th1/Th2细胞平衡的调节作用.方法 观察不同浓度复肝液对HepG 2.2.15细胞株HBV抗原、DNA表达及对Th1/Th2细胞平衡调节的影响.采用ELISA法测定HBsAg、HBeAg、INF-γ及IL-4定量,采用荧光定量PCR法测定HBV DNA定量.结果 复肝液不同浓度组体外抗乙肝病毒存在显著差异,80 μg/ml浓度复肝液可明显抑制培养HepG2.2.15细胞HBsAg、HBeAg表达及分泌HBV DNA,复肝液对各组(患者、正常对照PBMC)Th1/Th2平衡调节无显著差异.结论 复肝液有明显的体外抗乙肝病毒活性作用,对Th1/Th2平衡无明显影响.
