Abstract
采用不同的种子催芽方法、育苗基质进行珙桐山地育苗试验,结果表明:露天覆沙低温催芽法出苗效果优于牛粪埋种催芽,出苗率提高17.1%;秋季播种优于春季,出苗率提高14.6%;腐殖质土育苗优于沙土,苗木高生长量、地径生长量分别提高59.3%和41.6%;育苗地最佳海拔为1 250~1 500 m;春梢带二次枝扦插能够萌生不定根,而秋梢扦插不能萌生不定根.
