眼眶爆裂性骨折术后眼球运动训练辅助牵拉试验效果观察

Abstract
目的 观察单纯眼球运动训练和眼球运动训练辅助牵拉试验在眼眶爆裂性骨折术后患者眼肌力训练中的应用及对患者视功能的改善作用.方法 143例眼眶爆裂性骨折修复术后患者分为试验组63例和对照组80例,试验组在术后第1～3天给予眼球运动训练辅助被动牵托试验;对照组单纯给予眼球运动训练.观察两组患者的复视改善情况.结果 试验组有效率为93.6%(59/63),明显优于对照组的72.5%(58/80,P<0.01).结论 眼球运动训练辅助牵拉试验可促进眼眶爆裂性骨折术后患者视功能的改善.
