Abstract
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents from the stalks of Alsophila spinulosa(Hook.) Tryon.[Method] The chemical constituents isolated and purified from the crude powder of A.spinulosa stalks through silica column chromatography method were analyzed by TLC,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,etc.In comparison with related literatures, these compounds were further identified.[Result] Three chemical constituents were isolated from A.spinulosa stalks for the first time, including vitexin, isorientin and an organic acid(3,4,6-trihydroxy-1-ring vinyl carboxylic acid). And,this organic acids presented different degrees of antimicrobial activity, which provided support for the antimicrobial activity of A.spinulosa stalks from the angle of chemical constituents.[Conclusion] This method is simple, convenient and accurate to identify the chemical constituents that were isolated from A.spinulosa stalks.
