介绍了济钢2#1750 m3高炉在经济炉料结构条件下,取消中心加焦布料模式所做的试验及探索,这种炉料冶金性能比较差,通过优化送风制度,在维持中心加焦的布料模式前提下,拓宽边缘平台,拉宽角差,适当平铺,近中心环带适当增加矿焦比,形成了窄而畅通的中心气流,综合控制了边缘软熔带根部高度,缩小了软熔带层宽度,改善了高炉透气性.
