Abstract
[目的]确定提取铁苋菜多糖的最佳工艺.[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,分别通过正交试验法和响应面法对传统热水浸提和微波辅助提取工艺进行优选.[结果]传统热水浸提的最优工艺为:加药材40倍量的水,在60℃下提取1.5h,提取3次后的多糖得率为33.73%.响应面法分析微波提取工艺的显著影响因素为微波功率和料液比的共同作用.[结论]微波辅助传统热水浸提提取多糖收率高、成本低、技术简单,是提取铁苋菜多糖的有效方法.
