Abstract
functions of identified are invasion, metastatization and tumorigenesis. Conclusions:The presented approach allowed the discovery of Notch-1 regulated pathways. Our preliminary results suggest that Notch1 regulates proteins involved in HCC tumorigenesis and invasion that could represent diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. We conclude that the down-regulation of Notch1 could be an effective approach resulting in the inhibition of HCC invasion.
