Abstract
目的 探讨同期全膝关节表面置换术治疗双膝骨关节病的可行性和临床疗效.方法 对25例双膝骨关节病患者行同期双膝关节置换.结果 25例均获随访,时间6～48(27±19.2)个月.膝关节活动范围由术前平均60°±12.6°提高到术后平均105°±7.2°;关节功能HSS评分由术前平均45分±5.6分上升至术后平均88.2分±6.3分,其中优18例,良4例,可2,差1例.结论 同期双侧全膝关节置换术治疗双膝骨关节病安全,近期疗效满意.
